Pediatric white crowns are prefabricated thin crowns for primary (baby) teeth.

In contrast to stainless steel crowns that offer suerior mechanical retention, white zirconia crowns depend on a chemical bond (think of glue) between the tooth and the crown, so they tend to be more sensitive to coming out. Their greatest advantage is esthetics.
